Today I walk in to get an ice cream cone with sprinkles and see if I can get a cup of ice. I ask for the cup ice and offered to pay for it. A large one the lady that training someone ( perhaps the manager) said that she would give me a cup , but made or mumble a remark. The trainee gave me the cup and the manager said I told her that it was for Ice only as if I was begging for it or as if I didn’t want to pay for it, While I was getting the Ice I stood there and observed her being extremely nice to then folks who behind me,, at first I thought it was me however a personal that was in front of me said that she was rude. I been there before and never experienced this behavior, the food is ok but the service is terrible.. learn to treat your customers all the same. Or you will loose your business.
