The sales associate India who works there was fabulous! Not only was she very helpful, she was patience & very sweet. She made buying my dress for my daughter's wedding an amazing & positive experience for me.

I went to David's in Aurora, Illinois, and Lauren O. Was absolutely amazing!! I can't thank her enough! I truly appreciate her help! If I need to go back to David's I would definitely request Lauren O.!

I am an easy-going laid back bride, but my experience with David's bridal in Aurora was terrible. I assumed being close to the Fox Valley Mall it would be classier and nicer, but the building was run down and smelly and the people wore much too tight and sloppy casual dress clothes. The dresses are all in plastic bags hanging around, and it makes it difficult to see the dresses. It is definately NOT a place to browse. The staff are rude and blunt when it comes to finding a sash or other accessory item. I didn't feel special or bride-like at all. I simply went to the store with full knowledge that they have the lowest prices and even then I was disappointed with the service. I had NO expectations and still I was upset.
