There is not enough characters to fully describe my experiences and this joke of a customer service operation. Today was my 3rd bad experience. I guess I should blame myself for even giving them another chance. I go in and the MGR is talking to a teenager and his mother. I interrupt nicely but ask if he could make 2 pizza's when he gets a chance. They advertise all over and outside the building to sell these pizza's. I figured I can wait a min for him to finish his conversation. And his response was "right away Sir" which was very nice. So 5 min goes by and he is still in his conversation, so I go and ask the guy at the register, who then rings me up but does nothing to make the pizza's. Then the MGR finally finishes his conversation and then comes up to the employee to ask him to make the pizzas. As I'm standing there, I told the MGR that I either want him to give me my $ back and I will never come back or if he wants to continue to get my business that he would give me my $ back and give me the pizza's for free. The choice was up to him. He makes a spectacle and starts yelling and accusing me in front of everyone that I am threatening him! This is a horrible place to do business!!!
