Unfortunately these dentists prefer money over customer satisfaction. It was very disheartening when they said they could do every thing there, only to be sent away in horrendous pain to make an appointment with a specialist. When I contacted them to have a permanent crown put on I was in a bit of a financial struggle, and when I could only offer $50 up front just to reserve the appointment the woman on the phone replied "50!?" No of course that wasn't enough, she wanted an extra 100 on top of it. Being in the financial crisis I was in I wasn't sure if my significant other and I could afford that with such short notice. I told her I would talk it over and decide with my companion. To my supprise we were more well off than I had thought. We agreed that we could do more than 150 for upfront, and even pay it off the following week since this was going to be on a week that I get paid, not my spouse and I don't make nearly as much at my job. We would have just had to pick a later date for the appointment. The good news left me in good spirits, which helped me in making my final decision. Even though I was able to afford treatment with that up front cost, I decided to not go with this dental group for "having left such a bad taste in my mouth" so to speak. Why would I pay for a treatment in a clinic where they are very unfriendly on the phone, and in person. I felt the only reason they say they "do everything" is to get those unfamiliar with more challenging problems that may require a specialist since its more of a surgery in those cases into their office, charge them, then send them away. Having to only look at patients mouths, they make bank on not having to do a thing and just reffer you elsewhere. Having looked up some reviews I'm not the only one who feels these dentists are lazy money hungry very "privileged" people who only do what's in their best interest. I personally had a what I thought to be a terrible experience here, there are those who really do like it there and find the staff friendly. Maybe it has something to do with the fact I don't make much money and they view those kinds to be a waste of their time. If only they would have been more friendly and more understanding/flexible with payment they would have had me as another patient but instead, theiropportunity cost them to loose out on that opportunity

I had my teeth cleaned and it was great. Hygienist is very thorough and caring. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. Mike

The staff was so friendly and professional that I almost forgot I was in the dentist's office. The paperwork was simple, I was seen right on time and Dr. Wahl quickly diagnosed a problem that has stumped two previous dentists and the treatment plan is much more painless than I expected both in therms of work and cost. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated.

We all know that going to the dentist can be a little daunting and even scary, especially for children. That is why we feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Wahl and his practice. Everyone is so friendly and calming, we actually look forward to going to the dentist. Our whole family goes to Dr. Wahl and has for about 8 years or more. From helping my 2 year old son stop sucking his thumb (he is now almost 10) to cleanings, crowns, fillings and general "maintenance" - Dr. Wahl and his team have taken excellent care of our family and we would (and do!) highly recommend him to anyone. The main factor is that we feel genuinely cared for and for that we are extremely grateful!

Dr. Wahl's skill as a practitioner is lacking. He takes short cuts to get you out of the chair because the practice is only driven by money. He treats customers and staff very poorly. The rumors are true. He is a Scientologist, and a rude one at that.

My Experience with several dentist offices has been horrific. I found Wahl Dental Group through an Add I received in the mail and decided to give them a try. The first day I walked in for a consult I was crying and shaking , just an example of how terrified I was going to the dentist. All of the staff from the front office to the dentist and dental assistants at the Wahl Dental Group were very understanding and gentle. I never trusted any dentist office in the past because there was no compassion from the staff. Wahl Dental Group rocks! I have never looked forward to going to the dentist, but now I do! The experiences I have had at Wahl Dental have been great from start to finish. The office staff is very friendly, the hygenist is efficient and warm, and I can't say enough about Dr. Dale Wahl! He was so gentle and professional that my root canal was a breeze -- amazing! Thank you Wahl Dental!

I read the other reviews. I felt like they were nice and offered competitive pricing. I had no problem with them, and would definately recommend them to my family and friends, if they ever asked for a good dentist, but I doubt they ever will, since good dentists aren't something that people just chat about.

For years and years, I absolutely hated going to dentists.



Getting even a single cavity drilled out, or a cleaning, would sometimes utterly RUIN MY DAY (headache, sore mouth & neck muscles, strained jaw, pinched lips, etc.). I had actually thought this was normal treatment – namely ‘all dental experiences had to be awful, and there was no other way!’ – Boy, was I wrong!



Granted, even today, going to the dentist isn’t exactly a cherished past-time of mine; anything such as a root canal or cavity, has its degrees - it can be a decent experience or, bottom of the bucket, awful (and certainly a myriad of shades in-between). I never knew my dental experience could be better.



Anyway, when I found Dr. Wahl 6-7 years ago (referred by a friend), I was absolutely dumbfounded how incredibly friendly, calm and organized the whole office was. Going to the dentist, I had never witnessed such accurate coordination between the front office staff and the Doctors. At the Wahl dental office, there has never been a single visit where even the tiniest iota of personal touch had been left out. Everyone in front office and back office is extremely polite and has always explained the finer ‘dental’ details in a way I can understand.



Then there is Dr. Wahl!!! OMG! NEVER have I had a dentist of his caliber (top 1% of all dentists!). Dr. Wahl is professional, HUMBLE, patient, polite, understanding, has a very caring bed side manner, is personable, honest and really takes responsibly to ensure my comfort. Never have I experienced Pain Free Dentistry before – that’s right “PAIN FREE”! - Each and EVERY experience with Dr. Wahl and his dental assistant has consistently been calm and composed – which, under the circumstances, is exactly what I need!! I would STRONGLY recommend anyone looking for a dentist to head straight to the Wahl dental office. Not only do each member of my family go there, but I recommend the Wahl dental group to anyone who has ever had a single bad experience at a dentist. This dental group is fantastic!



In short, if you want the Mercedes of dental experiences, go to the Wahl Dental group. It is well worth it. - 5 Stars!!!
