I've been going to Vic's Jewelry for years, and until this year, they were always professional and courteous. A bit expensive, but not really too bad.



Vic has always been kind to me, but Maral has given me pause. In February of 2014, she showed me a ring I loved. I put $1,000 down on it and she gave me a receipt that said 10% restocking fee if cancelled.



Fast forward to a year later, February of 2015, and she calls me to see if she can put the ring back on the shelf. I hadn't paid any more, so I agreed with her. I went in to get my $900 and Maral says that I've lost all the money.



I point out to her that her receipt says a 10% fee for cancelling, not a forfeiture of the entire amount. She is insistent that she doesn't owe me a thing.



I call Vic, he sympathizes but won't help me.



Now I have to go to court and sue them both for what would have been a simple refund.



I'm sad to leave such a negative review after so many years of kindness, but I have no choice.
