If you can think of a 100 % positive experience with your orthodontic work, you can't find any specialist more experienced, knowledgeable and professional than dr. Reed. I have been his patient on two different occasions over time, and both have been an amazing experience. As an adult patient with the need to correct my teeth, I am truly impressed by his work and the way everybody in his office operates. They are a wonderful, efficient, polite and professional team! I was 5 min late and yet they welcomed with a smile and said everything was fine, answered my questions and explained how the treatment was going and what was the next step.

Both of our children are clients of Dr. Reed for many reasons: 1) they are professional 2) they offer payment options and take insurance 3) they take the extra time to explain every step and finally 4) appointments are readily available.

This was my initial consultation with Dr. Reed. My teeth are something I have been very self conscious about my entire life, but Dr. Reed and his staff made me feel very comfortable and assured from the moment I walked into the office. Dr. Reed took the time to listen to my situation, why I wanted to fix my teeth, and what bothered me about my smile. After truly hearing my case, and my personal situation, Dr. Reed recommended the Invisalign treatment to fix my smile. He patiently went over the process, what I could expect, answered any questions I had, and what the end result would be. He then told me the entire treatment would be complete in 6-9 months, much faster than I had thought.
I then sat down with the staff to go over pricing, and payment options. I was surprised to find the treatment was far less expensive than I had anticipated. There was no pressure at all from the staff or Dr. Reed to sign on the dotted line as you could sense they really cared about me and giving me the smile I've always hoped for.
I weighed out the options, thought about the fact my treatment would be performed by one of the top rated orthodontics specialists in the industry, and quickly accessed that nothing would make me happier. I agreed to the Invisalign treatment and now my trays will be in my hands within 4-5 weeks.
I am extremely excited about having this done, and getting to work with such a great staff. Thank you Dr. Reed, Michelle, and Stephanie!

The office staff is always friendly and helpful. My son was able to be seen and the work completed in less time than planned for. The staff explained what they did and what they were hoping to accomplish with the new wires and brackets. The results so far have been amazing and we look forward to seeing the final results!
