On tuesday my furnace was having some issues and not kicking in to produce any heat. I called my gas company and a service tech came out on Wednesday and said it was a venting issue and suggested an HVAC company come out. He shut off the gas to my furnace and water heater due to the CO not venting out. With so many no heat calls everyone I called was booked.Today at 0830 I called Moore back and had the pleasure of speaking with Jill, She was so pleasant and so understanding. Tyler was dispatched out to my home within a couple hours of my call and not only was he pleasant to speak with he was determined to get my furnace venting issue fixed! With the temp outside a mere 35 degrees and more snow on the way I was hoping he would be able to get it going. I am happy to report my kids and I are now enjoying heat and the cost was minimal - much, much less than I was expecting. I will definately use them for any future issues and recommend them to my friends. Thanks James, Jill and Tyler!!!

I called at 6:30am, had a new ignitor for my furnace by 8:30am.
