I have worked with Kyle for about a year and he has been extremely helpful and honest with work and pricing. Like the rest of us in the fire and security field, he is extremely busy but he always makes time to help us. Thank you Kyle!

Kyle does not only lack leadership skills. His word means absolutely nothing. He lacks motivation and as long as he gets paid that is all that matters. His staff is more professional and hard working then he then he is. Also, their is no communication. You tell him one thing and he does that other. He can't comprehend what is asked of him. He could deliver but simply doesn't. I have asked myself multiple times how he is the owner of this company. His employees do more then is expected of them and not paid quite enough to deal with such a lack of boss. I would hire his employees again but not him.
