Under recall notice they were to replace hitch and heating element in driver seat and fix emissions leak. Three days later only had hitch fixed. Said leak fixed too (over $400 to fix) Found out heat element never installed. Engine warning light lit again. Checked and emissions leak still present. Took vehicle back and told them to install seat heating element and fix emissions leak . Called at 1 pm Coleman, service rep said tech was putting smoking machine on as we spoke. I could pick up at 5 PM. At 5 PM showed up Coleman said found another leak and would cost me more to fix. Looked at my phone at it showed error call at 4:50 PM. It takes me one hour to drive there. So I was a couple of minutes from the dealer when he called. The leak was on the top of the gas tank. They'd need to drop tank to fix. Said would take another two to three days and would cost me more money. I asked why they didn't fix when the tank was dropped the first time when they fixed the hitch. No response. I asked why he waited 4 hours to call me since I drove from Erie to Aurora to pick up. No response. Also asked why it took 4 hours to find leak. Should have been a 1/2 hour search and find with smoke machine. No response. I asked Coleman why they didn't replace heating element, no response.Coleman will tell you he will call with diagnosis or when ready. He won't. I made four trips back and forth to continually discover this myself because he wouldn't return my calls or would call when I was 5 minutes from the dealer. At this point I have a recall fix (heating element) that that they haven't fixed and emissions leak that hasn't been repaired. I have spent 8 hours on the toad going back and forth to their location. Coleman has never returned my calls and has been absolutely incompetent in terms of communicating with me and helping to resolve recall issues.
