I've been a member of their Parker location for years. While I never felt it was a great gym, it was fairly close to where a lived and convenient enought that I didn't feel the need to shop around. I always thought the owner was a shmuck but he wasn't there much so I figured no big deal. The major issue I have now is that the decided to close the location and because I was "such a valuable customer" they were just going to switch me to the other location. Now because I've been switched I have to go all the way to the new location in order to cancel. No sign in the gym for the week before they closed as I was there 3 times that week and would have cancelled on the spot. Didn't recieve a letter until 3 days after they closed! They can't tell me they didn't know about it for at least several weeks before they closed. Even though they knew they were closing they still managed to hit my bank account. --- Valuable Customer - My A$$Be warned - if the place closes you will be scammed, your membership won't be cancelled and you'll be stuck figuring out how to cancel your membership and get your money back.

this gym placed a flyer on the door handle of my white car it rained and the flyer dyed the side of my car pink. they offered me a free car wash...really? i had to get the dye buffed out and my car waxed to fix this. the manager was less than helpful with this situation.

Seriously don't waste your time signing up for a memebership. I'm also a member at 24HR. The billing department at Fitness 19 is a joke and they can't ever get the billing right. The customer service is HORRIABLE. The kid's club is gross and is never cleaned. Stick with 24HR
