Having an entire dental office that is focused on you, and making sure you are as comfortable as possible is huge. They listen to you and work with you, which is another big thing for me. You can tell they've hire intelligent front office staff, who are also very personable. Dr. Rowe is very talented, and super nice. Another thing I've never seen is at any kind of medical or dental office is the office staff being jovial and just being themselves, it added to a more relaxed environment. I'm really glad I found this place.

Horrible office! Dr Craig is so awful! They will give you a tour and a drink but they don't focus on good dental work! Staff up front have horrible language. If you're smart find a different dentist!

Choose another dentist and save yourself the trouble!! This seemed like a very nice office with friendly staff. I've found out otherwise. I was first irritated when I made an appointment to have a cleaning done. Once there, I found out I was only given a tour, X-rays, and they sent me to an office to discuss a financial plan of how I was going to pay them. No cleaning. I had to make another appt to come back. Then during their financial plan meeting, I made it very clear that I only wanted specific work done for my husband and myself because my insurance only covers up to a certain amount. I said the other work could wait till my benefits renew. I signed a contract for a payment plan for the specific work ONLY. On the day we had the work done I found out when checking out that my portion went from $615 to $970. They asked my husband (while under pain medication/laughing gas) if he wanted them to "fix another tooth that they didn't see on they X-ray". Not knowing it would add another $340 to our bill and not fully comprehending, he said yes. I spoke with the office manager and told her I felt it was deceitful to do this and she was no help. Why set up a financial plan when they will just try to sneak in extra work while the patient is under medication??

Dr. Craig and his staff have been very professional. I had lots of questions on how my procedure would take place and all of my options available. The staff made every effort to explain in detail what I would experience and insure my visit was pleasant. They were accommodating in working with my insurance and my schedule. I will bring my family to Dr. Craig and recommend him to others.

I just wanted to take a second to write up a review on Summerbrook dental. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there. They have high tech equipment and their staff is the sweetest I have seen! They don't try and empty your pockets and their work is quality. I moved from Denver about a year ago to Grand Junction. I had just started my invisalign treatments with them. I actually drive the 4 hour drive every 2 months just to go to them. I didn't want to switch dentists for fear that the next one wouldn't be as good as they are.
