I have always had the most pleasant experience at Kids Choice. My children will not go any where else. They are happy and have always been treated with respect. I respect that the clinic speaks many languages support our entire community. We don't have medicaid and I feel that we have always received the best of care. I was recommended here by a friend and we have come here for many years. I have recommended Kids Choice to many people and they have been happy. I know that once the work was completed I left the clinic knowing my children have received that best of care. I would recommend Kids Choice to anyone. They are the best and we won't go anywhere else.

terrible experience, the manager of the office was holding my son`s legs while dentist doing the procedure. I left the room to answer a call and later found out that the manager was calling my child bad words in her language and laughing with the other assistant. She is very unprofessional and not even able to speak simple English.

Worst experience as a kid. I went here as a child because I had Medicaid and it was one of the places that accepted Medicaid. It was frightening! The dentist chipped my tooth!! He was supposed to be checking for cavities and he was pricking me teeth with a metal dental device and I told him it really hurt. He continued to do it and I felt a piece come off. I am a mother now and I would never bring my kids here.

This place is unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely dirty! I tried to take my kids to the restroom as soon as the place opened and the smell was so bad that I had to leave immediately. I prefer comfort dental over this place any day!

I was also shocked by the comments made by one particular dental assistance to the child that "you had a chance to calm down... now we are going to do it our way" ""and if you don't calm down we will make your parents leave the room!. "you better stop acting like this" shocking!! seems to me like a lot of kids were unhappy and crying and doors were being shut to others could not see what was going on?? Children should NEVER be held down to have dental work done! PERIOD! Do you think they want to come back to your facility or any other dentist? NO! A very negative experience for the children. I was extremely disappointed! This review needs to go to your up most upper management of owners of this company and proper procedures put in place and followed!
