Customer service is a zero! Not worth your money or time yeah they might be cheap but so is the service and standards. Office was unattended for months before the Corporate office or Barry hired a lack luster female with way to much attitude and very little knowledge. Pay an extra dollar for better service somewhere else.

She was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions.

I rented a unit here for a year and a half and had no problems. Unit was dry and safe. I was always treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for a good experience.
