This is the worst Sears for customer service I have been to. I have been going to Sears for over 10 years now. Being in the military I have been to the Sears in many places: Tampa, FL; Manhattan, Ks; numerous centers in the D.C./MD/VA area and Columbia, SC. The worst example of costumer service happened in May 2014 when I took my vehicle there for a service, They could not do what I wanted. This was not there fault; however, I dropped my vehicle of at 9am. At 12 I received a call from the technician; not the manager!!! He said the manager wanted him to ask me some questions. I answered and ask what was the issue. He said I am just doing what my manager asked. I said well please have your manger call me. He never called. At 4pm I called to find out the status of the vehicle. Another manager answered and said my vehicle was ready. Long story short I get there at 4:15 and nothing had been done to my vehicle. No one thought to call me for 7 hours to tell me this and let me know I could come get the vehicle. This was the last straw in a long chain of bad service over the last two years. I will never take my vehicles to the Augusta Sears Automotive Center again!!! If I did not have over 10 years of great service at others Sear Auto Centers I would not go back to Sears anywhere.
