Provided by YP.comThe office has a smell that is strong that you don't smell in clean offices like Pet Smart. One of the workers was not 100% sure about pricing to give to new customer. She seemed lost. If you have been in business for this long you workers should know how to deal with new customers. I decided to take my darling pet somewhere else. She like a child, and I will not settle for less. only good quality and respect. Lady Dee
