They are still working on my PC, but wanted to say they were very friendly and fixed something I had done to my computer for free. I then decided to have them do another job, because I was so happy with their service. I'm a little older and not computer savey, and they all seemed to care and took the time to answer my questions. TEN thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The front desk personnel really suck --they are not friendly nor helpful--makes u think they are doing u a favor--I am not the most computer friendly person around and that seems to piss them off to answer a question.in particuler is that tall guy with that ugly mustache and beard--thinks he is hit shit---I have bought 3 computers from there and it seems the customer service get worst ever time I go in the store--u either as to why is is fixed yet---yet u see the tec's walking around drinks cokes or stratchin their ass--seem very few are working- I just bought a new 700 dollar computer and now they canlt find my ol so I CAN download my email info and addresses. I think I am done with your store, there has got to be another store that cares more about their customers---we have been together for 10 yrs time to part--ur personnel suck-- not the same attitude as you have-

They built me a smoking hot game rig with exactly what parts I wanted, including a brand new, Founders Edition video card and a dual hard drive system with an SSD. It cost me almost $3000, but was far cheaper than any online dealers. These guys know what they are doing.

In the end all went well. The labor charge was understated by 250% and then the replacement hard drive too small to restore my Carbonite mirror image OS and data. Really?

However, the manager's first question to me was, "how do I fix this to your satisfaction"? I will continue to use Computer Exchange and would recommend their service to my friends.

I dropped my iphone at work and cracked the screen. I was able to drop it off and have it repaired very reasonably$ and picked up in a few hours. Great service since I use my phone for work and needed it ASAP. Very friendly and on a side note: my mother was in a hit and run two years ago in front of their shop. They helped her and insisted on staying with her until my father arrived. Great people!

Computer Exchange has excellent service! There staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel at home. I will be using Computer Exchange for all of my computer needs from now on.

I brought in 2 of my laptops, both with viruses, to Computer Exchange and those guys took care of all the issues I needed handled for an outstanding price and great turn around time. They got me set up with some accessories I needed as well. Definitely my 'go to' guys from now on.

I took my old, sick friend to Computer Exchange a few weeks ago. The front staff was very friendly and helpful to help figure out what was wrong with him. I had to leave him there for them to run some tests. I received a call the following day but it was not good news, my laptop was overheating and the hard drive is dying. I was devastated from the news but knew that it was time, 5 years is a long time to have him and I guess it was just time... The staff advised me of my options and I purchased a new system. They were able to transfer my information from my old friend to my new friend at no extra charge. I have my new friend now with a newer look that I have to get used to but so far I love it!!! Thanks Computer Exchange for everything and I will be telling everyone about you!

I have taken my computers to Computer Exchange for years and can honestly say that they are an excellent company with excellent service. If you are in need of a new computer or computer repair, they are by far the best in the area.
