I too received HORRIBLE customer service from these people. When you walk in they act like you are interrupting their day. When you ask a question, they speak to you like you are a moron, and that is if they answer you at all (one question the guy just looked at me with a blank stare). Apparently everyone is supposed to know everything they know. More likely, however, the icy response is because they are aggravated that they have to make any effort at all and are inconvenienced by your presence. They must not need any business because they act like they totally wish you didn't come into their business. Rude a$$es.

By far and away the rudest and worst customer service I've experienced in a very very long time. Unless they are the only place on the planet with the parts you need I suggest you look elsewhere.



They are so poor at customer service that they openly laughed at my wife for accepting the price they quoted with zero knowledge of the fact that We saved about $130 by getting it from them AND they were the only one within 200 miles with the part. I got a deal compared to everywhere else and still am completely set back by how rude they were and will NEVER give them my business again.

Please again, I urge you to not order from these guys. Stay away from them at all costs.
