Never have i ever received such unprofessional communication/conversation from a major company. Received a call from Randy (believe he is the CFO of the company) last week and he started to dig into me for no reason. Also to call someone hurtful things or to even curse from a business is just shocking.

If this company was professional swear words or threats would never come out of their mouths.

I do not recommend this company for HVAC, Plumbing, and Pump Solutions. I would personal go to someone else that is more professional and nonthreatening. Hope that this helps someone someday.
