My daughter has been dancing here since 2009 and is extremely happy -it's her second home. As a parent I am extremely impressed with the quality of teaching and the choreography. They expect the students to bring their best to class and they provide the necessary critiques for the development and personal growth of the dancer. My daughter enjoys the friendships and the multiple opportunites to perform. Even if your child is not a serious dancer, but you value hard work and respect, this is the studio for you.

My daughter started dancing at In Sync when she was 3. She has taken class with all the instructors and has loved everyone of them. The instructors and studio staff have not only trained my daughter to dance and perform but they have helped build her self confidence. We are very grateful to be a part of In Sync Dance. It is an experience I hope everyone takes advantage of here in town.
If you do not have a dancer please come out and enjoy some of our performances.

I love In Sync Dance of Auburn's family atmosphere and all of the performance opportunities made available for my daughter. During the 3 years we have been with In Sync, I have found them striving to improve their practices in order to provide a positive disciplined atmosphere for our children to learn dance. I have and will continue to recommend In Sync to friends and family interested in dance.

Negative teaching tactics, bullying that is accepted, owners are rude and temperamental towards customers, and the wife owner is cold to the children and would rather put down than praise, technique and alignment was taught incorrectly and is having to be relearned by a studio which puts out many dancers to professional ballets worldwide, so I trust them. Poor alignment causes improper muscles to be used, and causes damage to the body and feet. Artistry is ok for a small town. But compared to other large reputable studios, is nothing special. We are so glad we are gone, and my daughter learned from her new studio, that despite claims to need to withhold praise and be negative and harsh emotionally, there are studios out there that are extremely warm and positive with praise, and that in our case, they have better technical dancers, as well as a happy environment without the stress. Discipline is still there where we are now, actually extremely disciplined, but just the negative, demeaning, and controlling nature is not tolerated. We only drive an extra 20 miles with a payoff of self esteem and body being taught correctly. So glad we are gone, but I do feel like we wasted several years of learning it all incorrectly, and now have to start over.

Although I found their technique to be solid, I was concerned about the erosion of my daughter's self-esteem from In Sync's teaching tactics. For anyone considering enrolling their child in In Sync dance, I would be happy to share my story with you to help you make an informed decision of the pros and cons. How could you hate In Sync Dance??? There is nothing to complain about. They treat every dancer with the up most respect, their teaching methods are amazing, and they discipline students in an appropriate manner. natierae is very misspoken.
