I have a disease wich requires me to use more heating,I got a reduced rate from the gas company for my condition.the property manager raised my rent becauseof my discount for my disease.they based the usage rate in july,the hottest month where I live.sneaky and deceptive!!

Staff keep changing and we often go with out onsite staff for long periods. The lady in the main office doesn't return calls at all. Every few days someone shows up for a few hours just to pick up trash blowing around. Night time we all on our own, loud music, tire peeling out and kids run all hours of the night.

I have had the worst time living in these apartments in foresthill they do not allow pets without a note from the Dr. no motorcycles, and getting things fixed I have had a hole in my celling for months and not I just have raw sheet rock with the work for the last 2 months with is just screwed in.
