- Several True40 classes are offered throughout the day, starting as early as 5:15am. We offer childcare for a small additional fee. True40 employees all hold CPR certification, and our childcare staff has experience with children of all ages.

- The True40 studio is located between Great Clips and China Cafe in the Glenn Avenue/Dean Road Kroger Shopping Plaza.
- Amenities
- Facilities include play space for childcare, front desk/ retail boutique, cubby area for your belongings, one bathroom (without a shower), and large studio floor space for the True40 workout. We have water bottles available for purchase or you can use the studio water fountains to refresh and/or refill your own bottle. We offer complimentary hand towels.
