I LOVE The Garden District. Such a nice apartment complex. The office staff is great and maintenance is really fast here. I am on my 3rd year of living here. After I finish this school year I plan to renew for another 2 years for my graduate program.

I have been living here almost 4 years. The only reason I'm not renewing this year is because I finished my post-graduate education.



The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer any questions that you have; even in the office, on the phone or through email.



Regarding the maintenance staff, they are very nice and hard worker people. Mostly of the mornings you can see 2-3 staff members working in the maintenance of the apartment's structure and around the complex (parking, pool area, etc). It's very unlikely that I have a problem inside of my apartment; but when that happens...The personal respond very quickly.



I will recommend this place! It is quiet and comfortable; it's perfect for grad or post-grad students! - A vet student was here! :)

Very nice complex and extremely clean and quiet. I lived at another complex in town before moving in here and there is a huge difference in the maintenance and management here. I am a Sophomore and my roommates and I have no plans to move until we graduate. Highly recommended!!! Oh, and War Eagle!!!

Love it! I lived in a real dump my first year at Samford. Then when I transferred to AU, I moved into Garden District. Looked cool online, and it really is neat. Pretty quiet compared to my neighbors apartments and the nightime officer is very helpful. It stays really clean and it's overly rowdy. I've enjoyed it and have had a good time.
