I am not happy with suddenlink I had payment arrangements set up with them and they turned me off 3 days before the date I was to pay. not only did they turn me off I was told that they did a hard turn off. not giving me a chance to take care of my bill, they wanted to charge me all kinds of fees to get it back on. I am not happy with how they work, there were times I would order a movie and it would freeze and I could not get credit on the movie just not very customer service friendly, more of want to make money but not service their customers
