girlfriend was set up to have a service call between 3 and 7 pm and never showed up and had to make contact with them. Their solution, just miss work and reschedule. The old "no show"

BBR Service Appliance Repair was AMAZING!!!! We had our microwave & stove both go out@same time/same week. After contacting several appliance repair & handyman David@BBR Service Repair answered our call promptly. Although David was on a job he took few minutes to comfort us & get is scheduled for service. On the day of service David arrived 15min early had a very friendly & welcoming personality. I felt very comfortable & safe with David although my husband was not home on the day if service(husband worries). BBR service repair rates were very competitive & we've been happy with repairs & service for the past 8mos. I will continue to recommended BBR Service Appliances Repair to friends & family.
