Look for another florist. I purchased flowers for my mother's 78th birthday. I requested a yellow & white bouquet with lots of daisies and no roses. The total cost was over $80 - $65 for the flowers and the rest was tax and delivery. When I saw the flowers I was very disappointed. There were yellow and white daisies but there were also severl other colors. It wasn't what I had ordered. When I called the florist the asked if they could pick it up to fix it. I told them she had taken it home which is too far for them to go. They then asked if someone could drop it off. I said that was unreasonable as it was not our error. The employee spoke to the owner and she offered me a $25 refund. So now I have only paid $55 for something I didn't want. Really??!! They will never see my business again.
