Wow, a little harsh. I, on the other hand, relish the opportunity to work with Elaine. She has arranged trips for me and for my family for years, including to Mexico, Spain, San Diego, South America (a complicated itinerary) and much more. Once, when I ran into a bit of a hassle over flights, she was available and helpful. You won't get that from Priceline. I love her.

PS. Wish I could go to work in my pijamas too.
