went to this bike shop for an emergency repair, since i was not from the area and on vacation they were very kind and helped me immediately. the owner did mention that they do not do repairs while you wait because of sales. its easier to schedule and to thoroughly complete repairs than to rush. thanks to mikes bikes my vacation was saved.

Don't waste your time. I went in to buy a helmet for my daughter, she was 8 at the time, and they had the same helmets as target or walmart, and they were more than double the price!! crazy.

The total repair bill was approximately 25% higher than authorized. When I questioned why the additional charges were done without authorization, Mike (the owner) had an answer that basically dismissed my question. If you'd like to spare yourself from being nickel-and-dimed, simply patronize another bike shop.
