Customer service of this store is really sucks!1

We were at this store this afternoon, and the girl who worked in the store didn't let my 3 years old girl to use the rest room when she had tummy ache. She said that the rest room is out of service. Then I was hoping if I asked the store manager, she would allow us to use the rest room. Guess what her answer, she said that the rest room is not for customers and she asked us to to subway which we have to walk at least 10 minutes, because we need to cross the busy intersections in the very hot day. I can imagine if this is not for emergency. Come on people, this is for 3 years old kid and they can't make 1exception...?? I just can't understand why the company hired her as store manager to begin with, she has no clue how to handle the situation like this, she supposed to treat the customers right and be helpful in order to bring in more sales. I was thinking to buy my sons 2 pairs of shoes, but knowing that how they couldn't open the restroom door for emergency used, i told my family to leave the store right away. For HR dept, pls be more careful when hire people, you're in retail industry. Customers are the kings, and once you treat them badly, they will remember forever and will never visit your store.
