Provided by YPmobileWorst location! Everyone that works the counter is very rude except for one short, older, dark skinned lady! The extra tall black lady on the counter is horribly rude! I do not like to go in there when I see her and the dread head!

Provided by YP.comThis post office will ruin your life. For years, this branch has been a problem. From undelivered bills, paychecks and important documents, you have to hold your breath and hope you get them. I was expecting a FedEx package, the tracking website said business closed. Not so. Home all day and they could have just left it, a signature was not required. This has been happening for years. I avoid doing anything at this branch and cringe when I find that people have mailed important documents to me and know it has to come through this post office. If any part of the Post Office is shut down it needs to be this branch.
Update: Can not locate package using FedEx tracking number. Said are still sorting and I should check back after 10:15. Called after 10:15, they can't find package. Said it was not where it was supposed to be. Checking various other bins it was not there either, will check 'around back' to see if they can find it, asked me to call back in 30 mins.
Update: Called back and they still can not find package. Said postman tried to deliver at 7pm last night. It was one of three postmen on the route don't know which one had the package. Manager said she called all three but could not get hold of them and waiting for them to call her back.

Provided by YP.comNeed to close this Post Office. Have not been getting mail because cars are parked on the street. Mail box is not blocked. The carrier refuse to step out of his truck o put mail in box. I have complained to manager at post office with no results, made a complaint with consumer services, no results. It seems that we get mail only on Friday. Any suggestions?

Provided by YP.comTracking for my package said 'attempted delivery'. This was a lie because I was home all day and no one came. I called the next morning to have my package redelivered. The rep told me it would be brought out later in the day. Nothing. I called the next day... I was told AGAIN that my package would be sent out. Nothing.
I called for the third time the next day and asked if my package was out for delivery. The rep (possibly another one) put me on hold. When she picked up again I was told that my package was still there. She apologized and said it'd be sent out that day. I finally received it that afternoon.
I avoid dealing with USPS as much as possible because I know this type of situation is typical. However, the company I ordered from didn't give me another option for shipment. Hopefully this won't happen again.. but it probably will.
