I have been getting the IPL treatments on my face, with great results. I have sun damage from attempts to tan as a teen, fine lines, and rosacea. The technician is very nice and personable. Makes recommendations which are helpful.

Mara is great. She is very knowledgeable and always answers all my crazy questions in a way that I can understand completely.

I was extremely nervous about laser hair removal at first because a very good friend of mine works for a laser company and has told me about some of the horror stories of lasers gone wrong. or in some case, fools who just didn't know how to use the laser. He gave me a laundry list of questions to be sure to ask whoever was doing my procedure, just to make sure they know what they're talking about. Dr. Griffin did the test patch for me, ensuring that the laser levels were set appropriately for my skin and hair type. They started me out with one type of laser due to my sensitive skin, and we worked our way up to a totally different laser to get the perfect match. I was very impressed with how careful and thorough they were to make sure everything went smoothly.
