Provided by YPmobileSO frustrated. Sears Home Services has sent someone 3 times to fix my washer and all three times they have said it was something different and charged us. Now, less than 10 minutes after the last tech left and I start a load of clothes, it's still not working!! It's the same problem it's had the whole time. Not agitating or spinning. 3 appointements, 3 weeks, 200 dollars and NOTHING has been fixed.
Called the service center again and they told us they couldn't send a tech back til next week. Don't waste your time or money with this company!
