Provided by YPmobileI want to start off first by saying that outback is one of my favorite restaurants but this experience was the worst outback experience I've ever had. It all started with the greeting. My boyfriend an I sat at the table for 10 mins before anyone ever greeted us.... Once he finally arrived he took or order... We both ordered meals and czar salads. I received my caesar in a plate instead of a bowl, the cheese was hard, and this salad did not look or taste like the original outback salad.... When I asked him about it, he said it seemed the same to him. well o worked at outback for years in college and I know when the salad is wrong. Next, I ordered a drink, and once he placed it on the table, it spilled all over the table and on me. We were really cool about it and didnt ask to speak to anyone. Finally we finished our meal and asked for the small version of the chocolate thunder.... Let me first preface this by saying we were not trying to be cheap we just wanted a bite each so we didn't overstuffed ourselves. Once he brought the dessert out, he brought the big one and said thT he did that since he spilled the drink on us..... Well I thoughtbit was thoughtful but completely defeated the purpose of why we ordered the small one..... Next we got our check and saw that he charge us for the small dessert anyway but brought us the big one???? Anyone who is in the industry knows that no manager wd have approved that without accounting for the dessert that was taken so in essence he was stealing. My bf is the Gm of a pretty well known restaurant in Atlanta and it was obvious he didnt tell any manager about his switch. This just sent me over the edge bc I was already upset with the whole experience. Also I always go there looking for the famous potato soup which they only have once a week an it's never in a busy night so why wd an establishment not seer their most popular soup on a busy night???? Needless to say I am leas than satisfied with this location. I don't want anything for free nor did I that night..... Just good service and food that I enjoy having at outback, not someone new creation
