Always-Care has strict employment standards, and even after some people apply, there may be things in their history that come to be know, and therefore that person may never be used. This is spelled out in our employment documentation and agreement, that all potential care givers are given at the time of their personal interview. It is also made know that no work is ever guaranteed. Obviously this person did not meet our standards for some reason!
