Came in for lunch with my family, and I preface this with the fact that I'm not a complainer by any stretch of the imagination. My son's food came out burned. When we asked if we could have a new entre which wasn't burned we were informed that they were all cooked this way. Instead of the manager/cook/owner? making things right we were told that that taking the entre off the bill was not an option and that we would have to pay for it. This was said in a very rude and aggressive way. So long story short - we paid five bucks for a side of French fries. I don't know, maybe it's more of a "small town" attitude ("what you get is what you get"), but it would seem that if you wanted your business to grow you would want to make sure the customer is happy? Sometimes you just don't know who your customers are, what power they wield, and what lengths they are willing to go to. Be careful. Thus my recommendation...Stay clear of this establishment.

Small but good food! Great for take out. Burnt ends are amazing and the turkey and pork is really good as sandwiches.
