Deana is amazing! She did exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate that she listens. She also turned me on a great product for my curly hair. I moved here from upstate and was so seeking someone who did my hair the same as my hairdresser of 13+ years and I found her:)

I read 4 other reviews. Everyone has their own opinion. I have been going to her for over 12 years. She is my favorite hair stylist in the past 20 years. She is friendly and out going and very professional. Never had a problem with her.

Recently I had the same experience. I noticed that my color was uneven and spotted. I also found that the salon was not that clean. I witnessed them doing a eyebrow wax in a color chair and they left the waxing strips on the counter for about 45 minutes. It was not that nice to look at as I was getting my color applied. I also found that they were chatting it up a lot while customers waited. I will not be returning nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend. Waited 20 minutes in the color chair while the owner and worker chatted it up at the desk. The salon was filled with dust and was not really maintained to my standards. Customer service is not so great. From what I seen only 1 person doing hair with an assistant. Think prices were high for job done. Certinaly not 5th Ave style salon. Color was awful, cut was ok. Is close to my house but would rather travel to China before I return.
