Never wrote a review before but I can't let go what they did to me!! I was washing my clothes there and I was really pleased with the place.. until I received their flyer for the wash and fold and decided to use that service instead! What a huge mistake!!!!
I sent to them 15 days worth of clothes for my daughter and I, and every day was a different lie! First the clothes were going to be ready the next day.. no clothes, no call. Next day I called again and they were supposed to call me back. Again.. no clothes, no call. The next 2 days I was promised my clothes back at a certain time and.. no clothes, no call!! Finally after 6 days, they finally let me know that they lost my clothes!!! They were able to return very little but 2 bags were missing!!! They finally called me to "try to do the right thing" and give the cash instead. Well... I asked to go to the store to look for my bags myself, and I was able to find half of one bag with someone's else name on it!!! Now I still have some clothes missing, and I had to hear from the owners that they already returned everything and they are now ignoring my texts!! I get mistakes happen, but at least do the honor thing and do what it's right!! 2 weeks has passed and nothing!!! What a shame!!
