The mechanic was fine, it was his wife that made my experience DISGUSTING. I called for an update on my car just to see if it was being repaired or if I would get a call with an idea of the issue beforehand. Instantly I got yelled at by this crazy lady for calling WHEN THEY HAD MY MUSTANG and I hadn’t heard anything for 5 hours (mind you idk how this place works because I’ve never been here nor do I plan on coming back!). Since she started yelling at me I had to hang up because I don’t disrespect people! She called back telling me to come pick up my car they’re refusing me service because I hung up on her when I patiently waited TWO MONTHS for this appointment because my mother in law recommended them (she used them about 10 years ago for her convertible). Long story short my car was not fixed and I had to pay $130 just to tell me there’s a leak in my trunk which hello we knew! This place absolutely disgusts me the customer service from the wife was just utterly awful. I could never imagine speaking to someone the way she did to me. Learn customer service or get out lady. I’ll make sure everyone knows about this so they don’t get disrespected like I did yesterday!
