Provided by YP.comDocked here for a total of 3 years. 1st year, I damaged my prop because they sold me a dock without telling me the water was only 3 feet deep.
Stayed the 2nd year with promises of dredging - didn't happen.
Stayed the 3rd year because dredging was in process over the winter, but management kept changing the launch date and pushed it back 2 weeks. At that point I had already launched a boat I bought a few harbors down and had to pay for 2 weeks dockage.
After that, I left for one year and then came back to get a dock for a boat I was selling. Obviously trying to get the best deal and not have to come pay every day or two, I talked to management and decided to pay for 1 month transient dockage at the $500 rate up front, then the possibility of continuing after that and paying for the rest of the year. The boat sold and was removed within 30 hours of launching and they would only give me back $250. ($50 is daily rate, happy to pay $150)
Nice place, except for the owners/management.
