Be careful, they use the cheapest contractors and you will find a number of problems arise after closing. Good luck with the annual, they send one of their guys out and they are not the best at taking care of your problems. Have all deficiencies taken care of before you ink the deal or they never will. BTW beware of low associations fees and poor infrastructure builds!
