Terrible person who runs this business. Any good reviews are relatives or what few friends he has. I would give negative 10 stars if possible.

Worst experience EVER! Rude owner with cheap over priced merchandise. The old man working there was the most unprofessional, rudest man. He has no business working in a retail shop. Don't waste your time or money at Gaea gifts in Downtown Asheville. Beware!

The customer service in here is awful beyond belief. The employee was nasty and rude for a simple mistake on my part. There was an open, half used bottle of hand lotion in front of the other lotions and I thought it was a tester since it was half gone. I pumped half a squirt into my hand and out comes the employee yelling at me "YOU TEST IT YOU BUY IT!" And forced me to buy an expensive foul smellinh hand cream, even after explaining I made a mistake. Why would he keep a half empty bottle of hand cream on the shelf for sale? I will never step foot into this store ever again, nor will I reccomend it to anybody I know.

Don't even bother walking through the door unless you want an earful of this old troll's negativity. The merch is overpriced and if you so much as hint at touching any of his wares he'll flip out on you. AVOID! Especially unfit for families and anyone used to a modicum of respect. Do what the locals do and PASS ON BY!
