This company is a rip off and very disrespectful to their customers. I paid $185 for them to replace a fuse and then the next day the heat was blowing cold air again. When i asked them to come check it back out the tech said i had a old unit and needed a new one. He said he would come out and have me sign a contract for a new one. When I said i wanted him to fix what i had already paid for he said to tell me husband to check the fuses!! I said I would call BBB and he said so what and hung up on me. Called the office to speak with the owner and the lady would not get him. She said I had a old unit and if I wanted heat again i would have to buy a new one. Told her there was nothing wrong with my system other than a fuse and she told me since i know everything i can come fill out an application for a service tech! This company will break your system so they can rope you into a new one. Save your money and call a reputable company.
