Tom A. 12/17/2015. Kristen in the office is good. Not so much the rest. They repaired my roof freak damage in January, 2015 in the dusk. Roof leaked by skylight. Took coupe weeks to get them to repair it. Then they did want to repainted damage unti the painted outside which turned out to be May. November of 2015, same leak by skylight. It is now 3 weeks I have been waiting on them to repainted damage. Cancellations and excuses, along with not having tools with them (ladder, paintbrush, etc - can't make this up). Guy has tried to cancel twice today already.

I used them as well they promise to take care of all the extras, and when it comes time they couldn't deliver. We also had a hail storm and needed a roof. They first had a sales man come out and then quit and come back to my home and give me a contract under the false pretenses that he was still with them. When he in fact was working for another company. So I the gave them a pass on thinking that it was just a bad employee. So we agreed that they would fix some siding for a added price. Thinking the siding would be fixed before roofing would be performed, sadly no the roof was done before. And it took three contracting crews, and the only way I got it done was to withhold payment. Then the gutter crew was the same issue and they came out three times and didn't slop the down pipes wright at the back. So know my yard it eroding And then a few months go by I see that they missed a rotted piece of siding was not replace as agreed in the contract. Then fast forward 3 months the 2 of the three sky light window had to be reflashed do to leaking . Then 9 months later so 1 year, I find out that the front sky light is leaking know I have to have it fixed again, It is leaking and ruining dry wall in my house. A lot to deal with as a disabled person. A lot of disappointment even after the job was fumbled multiple times!

Horrible people who take advantage of people that receive large sums from insurance claims. Give poor quality service under promises they do not intend to keep. I would give a zero if I could. Months after having the work done, I am left with a warranty that is useless because they shut down under this name and opened up under the company RMR which is obviously short for Rocky Mountain Reconditioning abbreviated with the same employees and same logo.

The guy that I worked with throughout the process made me feel very comfortable and confident, he was always availble to answer all my questions. They were even able to do additional repairs that I would not have been able to do myself. I was extremely pleased with my experience, I would highly recommend them.

I had a roof done in the last storm and had all of the typical problems that you hear about from roofing companies and contractors in general.

I relied on friends who had their roof done by Rocky Mountain and they were highly recommended.

I could not have had a smoother process. They handled everything. No headaches with the insurance company, got them to pay for the necessary code upgrades and even handled the mortgage company check.

Best experience I have ever had with a contractor. The project managers, the crews, the office, all very knowledgeable and professional.

Truly a one stop shop, they do it all and do it well!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. This company has some work to do when it comes to working with people, don't be fooled by the BBB rating. Letting your customer know whats happening goes a long way. We were shocked by the on-going theme throughout our work with Rocky Mountain Reconditioning with the lack of communication not just by one person, but by every employee we interacted with.

I have never had such an awful experience with a company. Following a hail storm we needed to have a roof replaced and agreed to use Rocky Mountain Reconditioning given their BBB rating (A-) and promotional offer to pay our deductible and install additional venting on our roof at no cost to us. Let this be a warning, don't be sucked into working with this company or any company because of their 'deals'. We had nothing but poor customer service and overall poor communication from the moment we signed the contract. It took over 8 weeks to get materials, and then materials sat on our roof for 10 days before the work started. The day they were scheduled to start work, the crew no showed to our house. The correct materials were not ordered, so that delayed the work further. On the final day of roofing, due to rain, the crew left abruptly and did not clean the job site. We were left with nails and sharp pieces of metal in our yard. We were very lucky that the person who stepped on the metal flashing was wearing shoes, or we would have been dealing with an emergency room visit. We had to make multiple calls before Rocky Mountain came back out to our home to complete the work and clean up the job site. It took over 4 weeks from the time the crew left our house to get the roof completed. Additionally, they failed to schedule an inspection and began asking for the final payment from us prior to the inspection being completed. While our house finally passed inspection, 3 months after the work was completed, I'm glad we held off on sending payment, otherwise I don't know that they would have ever gotten it together. Never again Rocky Mountain.
