We first met Cindy Belhumeur while shopping for our first home, in 2008. As newbie homebuyers, Cindy was the perfect real estate agent for us. We found Cindy Belhumeur on the Dave Ramsey website of his endorsed local providers (ELP) when we were looking for a realtor in the Denver area. Our townhouse in Brighton, CO was rented but we were wanting to get it sold. For several years she stayed in contact with us, by phone calls or emails, asking if we were ready to sell, but not being pushy at all. Because of the decreased market value, we waited. Finally, last spring (2016) we said we were ready to sell. Cindy made sure our townhouse was in showing condition after the renters moved out and listed it the first part of July. Within 3 days the townhouse sold! We were shocked and so thankful! Though she told us it would sell quick, it was still a nice surprise! Everything was done over the computer or the phone or through the mail. We never actually met in person since we currently live in Florida! She was very knowledgeable about properties in the Arvada and surrounding areas. She was also able to point out potential flaws, which we greatly appreciated.
