This place doesn't even deserve one star. My 83-year-old mother purchased two recliners and was told to come back when the recliners have been shipped to the store to pick them up. The salesperson, Lana, apparently did not care how my mother was going to pick it up. She did not offer an option of delivery. the following week, I just so happened to fly in from the East Coast and my mother told me that we need to go to the store to pick up the recliners. We don't have a truck. I went along with her to pick up the recliners, curious about how the store was going to handle this situation. When we got there, we approached an employee, Alex Torres, and inquired about the recliners. He looked up the order and found that the recliners have not yet arrived at the store. I told him that I believed that the recliners were too big for my mother to pick up the recliners and take it home. Apparently, Lana never offered a delivery option. Alex Torres said that they can have the recliners delivered for $59. I said that was too much. for a delivery of only about two miles. I asked how he was planning to get the recliners into the car. He indicated that we just need to drive the car to the back and they would load it. I was amazing how he had no concept of size/space. I told him that I will come back because I was quite curious how he was going to do this. After the recliners arrived at the store, I went with my mother to pick up the recliners. Once arrived another employee looked at the car and immediately realized that the two recliners would not fit. I told him that Alex Torres said that it can be done. I asked this new person about delivery. He stated that it will cost $59 for EACH recliner. Alex Torres did not say that the delivery cost would be for EACH recliner. At that point, I decided to rent a cargo van the pick it up myself. When I went to pick up the recliners with the cargo van, the worker at the store asked me to help him load the recliners onto the van, since it was too bulky/heavy for him. Lucky thing that I was in town. I don't know what would have transpired if I wasn't here. This store is uncaring and incompetent. Stay away from this place.

Rude Customer Service

I went into the store to return an item I ordered on-line on their website. It looked completely different that the picture so within 2 days, I decided to return it. The on-line customer service rep said that I can return it to the store to save the shipping charge. I returned it to the store close to my work. I walked in and gave the item to the store manager, who then accused me of trying to return a used lamp. I told her that I didn't even take it out of the box because it looked so different. She got really upset and finally, I called the on-line customer service rep who instructed her to just take the item per store policy. I wasted my whole lunch hour on a very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL store manager. I am so done with shopping at this store!!!
