DS Construction installed windows and vinyl siding, soffit and fascia on our house. We had several requests that were outside the normal for a siding job. Dave and Mike considered all our requests and made suggestions to improve what we wanted. Several times we wanted to keep our requirements. Even though they didn't agree, they did an exceptional job of giving us what we wanted and found ways to improve the final product. On the window job, they came in under the estimate, for the siding, they met their estimate. The work was outstanding, the actions of Dave and Mike were always professional. This was easily the best construction job I have experienced. I would highly recommend DS Construction.

D.S. Construction built a roof over my patio. This was not a kit, but designed and built by this company. It includes four posts, a shingled roof, gutters and a ceiling to totally enclose the roof. My needs were to span 15 feet without additional supporting posts. These guys were the only company that found a way to complete my request. They installed larger beams to accomplish this span, plus installed extra thick support to the posts into the concrete footings so the posts did not need angled supports. This allows for a beautiful post design which coordinates with my house design, and finished with maintenance free materials. The enclosed ceiling is also finished with maintenance free bead-board. And the shingles match my house roof. This structure looks great, fits my house design and is exactly what I wanted. Besides the great design they created for me, they were easy to talk with when I described what I wanted. They provided suggestions for features that I didn't know existed. They were professional with paperwork, phone calls to keep me informed of their schedule to work in my house, and always pleasant to talk to. My yard was cleaned before they left the job. I would recomment this company to everyone.

they did an incredible job installing our new windows! Very professional and they were very good about making sure we got exactly what we wanted. No high pressure sales, which was a huge plus for us. They were also very clean and cleaned everything up when they were done for the day. Me and my wife both really appreciated that.
