Took my Kia in to replace a brake light. I told them which side. Even said on the paper work which side. They replaced it on the wrong side. Then the other light went out and I took it back and they said I needed a new air conditioning filter. My air conditioner was working just fine.Now after a week it is not working. I need a new mechanic. HELP

They always find time for you whenever you call...I've never had a problem with them....they always go above an beyond .... Therrrrrrrrre GREAT!!!!

Very knowledgeable, didn't feel like i was being cheated. I had a lot of work done, and they suggested ways to save on the cost of repairs. They got me a good deal on a set of 85000 mile tires. They let me use multiple coupons to help defray the cost. Dropped off the vehicle in the morning, done by afternoon. They called a few days later to check and see if everything was running okay. Definitely recommend these guys!

Walking in, we noticed a difference. The waiting room was like home! It was comfortable, clean and the music was uplifting. Steve was first to meet us. Since I had an appointment for an inspection he had some information. He was professional and courteous. I told him I needed new brakes even though my car only needed the State Emission test. I also told him that I would need the serpentine belt checked as it was well past the date I should have changed it. While we were waiting, Robyn, Co-owner with her husband Gary, made my wife and I feel like family. Complimentary coffee or soda was offered. After their free inspection we were told the belts were a little cracked but our brakes were fine. We were shocked at the honesty. Steve worked a quote for the serpentine belt and it was about

200 dollars less then a local dealer had quoted me. I decided to do the belt change and since it was lunch time they offered to give us a ride to the restaurant we wanted to eat at. When the car was done they came back and picked us up.



Sorry for being long winded but it was a great pleasure to have this type of service, honesty and such competitive pricing that we will be seeing Christian Brothers Automotive for our repair and auto service needs.

I had my first visit to the brand new automotive center in Arnold today and I was truly impressed. The service that I received was friendly and quick with my car's emissions and inspection test. The persons working were genuine about the repairs that I need to have on my car and were not pushy or trying to sell extra "repairs" like other automotive places. The atmosphere of the center is friendly, clean, and inviting. It is nice to bring more Christian businesses into the area that have a sincere interest to help others without trying to run your pocketbook dry. I will definitely will be going to this center for my future automotive needs!

Although this building is new sometimes it does not take long for a place to get dirty. The shop and office are very clean as well as the appearance of all the people I have met there. Although I feel like I called and talked to them more then I probably needed to they did not seem to mind. They did what they said they would for the price they said they would do it for and did not pile on extra stuff. I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend this shop to someone.
