I've recently had some poor experiences at other nail salons in the area. I live in the Virginia Square area and I typically end up just walking to the closest salon. Doing so I've been disappointed too many times, so I decided to take a look at reviews of other salons in the area and saw that Bliss had some pretty great reviews so I thought - hey let's give it a try can't be worse than what I've experienced from other salons in this area...
