The way they billed my ultrasound was entirely inaccurate. It did not match the code that my doctor had requested and they insisted that I had to pay before the procedure. I paid figuring I would get reimbursed from Cigna, but once I paid Cigna wanted nothing to do with me. This was a procedure that I had received just six months earlier at Alexandria Radiologists and had no payment whatsoever. I fought Cigna for 6 months, but once you pay a bill, forget getting reimbursed from an insurance company. I ended up being about $125.00 out of pocket just for going to them. Avoid them, unless you feel like paying more for the service!
