I was left high and dry over the Thanksgiving holiday. I couldn't get a 10 a.m. appointment, so I took the 9 a.m. appointment. It would take 2 hours. That morning, after getting up early and moving all my furniture all around and doing a pre-vacuum, they call to say they are running 1 1/2 hours behind. I was told I was the first appointment of the day. But suddenly I found out that they had another appointment at 8. They over booked the week of Thanksgiving. Because I have nothing better to do on my vacation. And I love the fact that they do this on the week of thanksgiving when I can't get anyone else out here in time.



Oh yeah, an hour and a half later, they were not at my door, so I had to cancel. Happy thanksgiving! A holiday full of mother-in-law looking down her nose at my carpets! Thanks a million!
