We worked with Yvonne Mccloud on Nov 222nd. We came in to get my sister's wedding dress and look at bridesmaid dresses. Yvonne as wonderful and professional and worked so well with us. She helped my sister see her dream and find the right dress and made us laugh through the whole appointment!! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Very rude "designers" here. Do not go unless you're white otherwise you will be treated like trash and ignored. I went in very happy and expressed that "I am looking for a wedding dress", and need to get measurements or figure out what size I need to try on. The rude worker replied, Did you buy your dress with us? I said no, I have not bought a dress.I am looking for one. She said oh, no we don't do measurements here... I replied oh, so because I don't know my size I can't come in and look for a dress? Do I have to have an appointment? Another worker said not necessarily you can wait until one of our designers are available to set things up for you. A third worker replied "YES" in the background (implying I needed an appointment) I then asked one of the workers then where do I get measured so I know what sizes to ask for to try on? She told me to Google something then said here I'll tell you and wrote on a sticky note the name of an alterations place. By that time I was so hurt and angry I could feel I wasn't welcomed. In came three white women and they let them go look for themselves. They were able to browse the store. I was about to cry so I just walked out of the store. No one should have to feel this way. It was a total embarrassment.I had plans to buy a dress with them. Real rating is a negative 0. Would you stay and wait for a designer? The choice is yours.

This location had a lots of varieties. This location has a lot of varieties, great prices and sales. The bride and I were walk-in and lucky enough that there were an opening appointment so we waited about 30 min. The bride had a dream dress in mind but they were discontinued in the color she wanted. The lady that was helping her, Nikki, was great! She found another dress, was nice but not the bride’s 100% dress. The next two dresses were a failed, so we are still on the dress hunt. If we are not able to find the dress elsewhere, we would come back to this location.
